I find a news article on LA times by Mr. Tony Barboza titled “Huntington Beach might post DUI arrests on Facebook“.
City of Huntington City Council member Mr. Devin Dwyer is seeking ways to publish the names of DUI arrests on Facebook. I think it is exactly what a responsible city needs to reduce the number of drunk driver. And this is exactly why this site is created.
The public has the right to have better access to these arrests and/or convictions and I would love to be the first to get access.
I do know most of these information are public and are available at the counters, but I am only one person and I can’t have access to all the database in the country. If the city can publish or at least make these information online for request. I would be the first running these requests and make them available on my site.

Kelly Lewis Standon was sentenced by Yellowstone County District Judge Susan Watters to 13 months in state custody, followed by four years of probation, for felony DUI. Watters also ordered Standon to pay a $1,000 fine, and she recommended him for a state alcohol treatment program.
Standon received a concurrent six-month suspended jail sentence and $250 fine for a misdemeanor count of driving without insurance. Two other misdemeanor charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
Standon has three prior DUI convictions in 1995 and a fourth in 1996. Prosecutors could not charge him as a persistent felony offender, which carries an enhanced sentence, because Standon’s most recent conviction was more than five years ago.

DUI Arrest
William Francis Schaeneman, 21, of 260 Jobs Hill Road in Ellington, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Route 44 and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to drive right and operation while under the influence.

Wesley J. Bass, 21, of 47 Stafford Road in Stamford, was arrested by campus police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with failure to drive right and operation while under the influence.
