Officers stopped the Nissan Xterra at 11:17 p.m. Friday on Santa Rosa Avenue for driving without headlights on and contacted the driver, 37-year-old Edmundo Molina.

At about 8:40 p.m. Sunday, an officer responded to Orion Drive in Windsor, where a woman had called to report that her husband drove drunk with her three children in the car.
One of the children, a 12-year-old girl, said she was injured when she struck her head on the passenger side window when the car swerved.
The mother told officers that her husband, Gaspar Lopez, was asleep in the bedroom. He was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI causing injury, child endangerment and driving with a suspended license, and was also found to have two prior convictions for DUI, CHP officials said.
